Refund Policy

If you are not satisfied with the style, color, or specifications of the goods after receiving them (excluding quality issues), you can apply for a refund within 7 days of signing for the goods. If the goods have quality issues, the 7-day period does not apply, and you can apply for a refund within 15 days of signing for the goods.

Regarding order cancellation and refund procedures: If your order has not yet been shipped, you can contact customer service at any time to cancel the order. The refund will be returned to the original payment method within 1-3 business days. If the order has already been shipped, the refund will be processed after the courier returns it to the warehouse and completes inspection.

Please submit a refund request through the "My Orders" page on the gyroform website, or send an email to customer service at service@gyroform.com. Please attach your order number, reason for refund, and relevant proof (such as photos, videos of the product issue, and the tracking number) to the email. Customer service will respond and process your request within 24 hours.
